School banking is made available through the Commonwealth Bank School Banking Dollarmites Program. Participation in the school program encourages our students to learn the vital skills of saving and financial planning. School banking is also a fundraiser for the school, as the bank pays a commission on every deposit made at school.
School banking occurs once a week on Wednesdays, with volunteers accepting children's deposits outside the library. Families can make their deposits less frequently, if so desired. Families who are not currently participating in school banking can join by creating a Commonwealth Bank Youthsaver account through a local branch of the Commonwealth Bank. They will receive a Dollarmite deposit book and wallet which can then be handed to our banking volunteers on the next banking day
